After assessment you may be eligible for subsidised services under the following funding types:
- Community Home Support Program (CHSP) 65 yrs+
- Community Health Program
- Private Health Insurance
- Extended Primary Care Plan services – with a GP referral
- Private full fee services.
- Home and Community Care (HACC), both aged care and Program funded services, for Younger People
Our counselling service is free of charge and all services may have fees waived in circumstances of financial hardship.
