Falls Prevention Program
Our Falls Prevention Program combines physical activity and education sessions. The classes aim to improve balance, reduce the fear of falling and provide individuals with the knowledge required to reduce the risk of falls.
Our Falls Prevention Program will be running again this year on the following dates:
- Friday 28th April – Friday 9th June.
- Friday 20th October – Friday 1st December
This is a 7 week program which involves intensive exercise and education across the risk areas for falls.
